Paradigm General Partner Charlie Noyes has revealed a strategic pivot in his role at the influential crypto venture capital firm. While stepping back from certain operational responsibilities, Noyes will maintain his involvement with Kalshi—the prediction market platform—where he will serve as a board observer alongside Paradigm founder Matt Huang. The shift allows him to continue supporting Paradigm's portfolio companies and their founders while taking on expanded responsibilities at Kalshi.

This transition marks a significant evolution for Noyes, who has been central to Paradigm's success story. He initially joined the firm at just 19 years old as its first employee, and recently earned promotion to General Partner this February. His ability to balance multiple strategic roles reflects his growing influence within the broader crypto ecosystem, positioning him as a key bridge between Paradigm's investment portfolio and emerging opportunities in prediction markets.
