Cailonghui, March 12 — COSCO SHIPPING International (00316.HK) announced its 2025 performance. As of December 31, 2025, revenue reached $9.722 billion, and the group recorded a attributable net profit of $1.513 billion, compared to a profit of $2.577 billion in 2024.

In 2025, the company received a total of 9 brand-new 16,828 TEU container ships. These ships have now all been delivered and put into operation. This not only enhances the company’s service capacity on the Pacific routes but also, with the addition of new vessels, indirectly restored the LL3 route on the Asia-Europe line, which had been suspended due to capacity shortages, further meeting customer expectations for continuous high-quality service. In 2026, new ships will be delivered sequentially, including the long-awaited 24,000 TEU methanol dual-fuel container ship and a 13,580 TEU traditional fuel container ship leased from a subsidiary of Seaspan Corporation. The addition of these vessels will enable fleet expansion and performance upgrades, building a more efficient, environmentally friendly, smarter, and broader shipping network for customers. The delivery of dual-fuel ships also marks a new milestone in COSCO SHIPPING’s decarbonization journey.

The company’s collaboration with COSCO SHIPPING Lines continues to deepen. Over the past few years, benefiting from the synergy of dual branding, COSCO SHIPPING has made significant progress in cost optimization and risk diversification, laying a solid foundation for the group’s stable operation. In the coming year, this synergy will continue to play a role.

The company is accelerating its development into the supply chain deepening sector by providing customized solutions such as international order processing, sourcing management, warehousing, and distribution services, creating end-to-end intelligent digital supply chains and offering high value-added services to customers, further fulfilling its customer-centric commitment.

Digitalization has been integrated into the company’s services and management, becoming an effective tool to strengthen cost control, improve management efficiency and user experience, and maintain competitiveness. Through cooperation with GSBN, the company can promote other stakeholders to jointly advance digital supply chain construction, creating an intelligent and healthy global trade digital ecosystem.
