ME News Report, April 14 (UTC+8), according to 1M AI News monitoring, the AI programming agent management tool Lody released version 0.42.0, supporting the concurrent operation of multiple AI programming agents (Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, Kimi, etc.) on mobile, desktop, and web platforms, with each task isolated through independent Git WorkTrees.
This version introduces two main new features:

  1. Multi-tab session: Multiple chat tabs and file viewers can be open simultaneously within a session, with the left side chatting with the Agent and the right side viewing Diff; sub-tabs inherit the working directory of the parent session.
  2. Line-level comments in Diff: Directly add comments within the Diff viewer, supporting Markdown, threaded replies, and marking as resolved; comments are synchronized to GitHub.
    Other updates include:
  • CLI now supports a Daemon persistent mode for continuous background operation and automatic restart;
  • Compatibility with VSCode theme configurations;
  • CI check status of PRs can be synchronized in real-time to the session interface;
  • Added third-party login options via Google, Apple, and Discord.
    This version has replaced the synchronization engine and data structure, and old workspaces are no longer usable; new workspaces need to be created.
