Zhi Yuan becomes the world's first to implement a large-scale physical intelligent industrial production line

Mars Finance News, April 14 — Zhiyuan Robotics has launched an 8-hour live broadcast of real production line operations at Longqi Technology’s Nanchang tablet manufacturing plant, publicly demonstrating the scalable implementation results of the world’s first embodied intelligence 3C precision manufacturing production line. Zhiyuan Elf G2, acting as a “formal employee” on the production line, steadily completes precise loading and unloading, human-machine collaboration, and full-process operations on the high-speed assembly line. Real-world data shows that the robot operated continuously for 8 hours with no major anomalies, achieving an overall success rate of over 99.5%; each process takes only 18-20 seconds, completing 310 products per hour, with a single robot capable of handling double-process workloads. It is reported that the project took only 4 months from initiation to formal integration, with a total continuous operation of 140 hours. Based on a mature implementation model, the deployment scale will expand to 100 units in the third quarter of 2026, and efforts will be accelerated to replicate in broader industrial scenarios such as automotive manufacturing, semiconductors, and energy.
