Last night, I was scrolling through the group and my head was buzzing, dozens of voice messages and screenshots bombarding me in turn, and the KOL was still on the call saying "Are these extreme funding rates a reversal or just a bubble being squeezed further?"

I was watching large transactions moving back and forth on the blockchain, and my hands were almost ready to place an order, but then I thought and closed it again... Anyway, that kind of emotion driven by being pushed along is pretty scary.

To put it simply, impulsively making a purchase can only be borne by oneself; the group and KOL are mostly just amplifiers.
My approach is pretty simple: first, reduce the information to two or three "map clues"—where the money is coming from, where it's going, and whether there's any sign of withdrawal; the rest of the noise is just background sound.
Missed opportunities are missed, at least I wasn't pushed into the market by the messages.
