The third time I almost got itchy to chase the rally, my mouse was already moved to confirm, and suddenly I asked myself: Am I adding to my position now because of some new information, or just afraid of missing out? Honestly, it's mostly the latter... Scrolling through the group, seeing "It's taking off again" and "Attention is mining," social mining, fan tokens, all of which ramp up the emotions even more. It feels like if I don't follow, I'll miss out, but when I calm down, I realize I haven't actually understood the rules, exit conditions, or who has the authority. Anyway, my current compulsive process is: first turn off the hot list, check on-chain for real new activity or large transfers to exchanges, then set a hard cap on my position size. Otherwise, I might get carried away and have to issue an apology statement. For now, that's it—better to earn less than to get carried away.
