Rui Industrial: Part manufacturers entering humanoid robots have two paths—high value-added development or mass production cost reduction

On April 8th, at the online seminar for in-depth analysis of emerging markets in 2026 hosted by Rui Industrial, Fu Mengzhen, head of the embodied intelligence robot team, pointed out that humanoid robots are entering a critical stage of deployment in industrial and commercial scenarios, bringing new opportunities for core components. She believes that component manufacturers currently have two paths to enter the humanoid robot field: one is to develop high-value-added products that meet technological requirements based on new technology demands; the other is to achieve cost reduction through mass production of universal parts to enable bulk shipments.
