Organization: Q1 native generative AI application downloads surpass 1.1 billion times
Mars Finance News: On April 14, Sensor Tower’s latest data shows that in Q1 2026, downloads of native generative AI applications exceeded 1.1 billion, with in-app purchase revenue increasing by 14% quarter-over-quarter to $1.9 billion. Among them, AI smart assistant applications contributed 78% of downloads and 85% of in-app purchase revenue. ByteDance’s AI smart assistant app Dola (Overseas version of Doubao) this quarter surpassed 72 million downloads, a 47% quarter-over-quarter increase, with total downloads officially exceeding 200 million this quarter.
