Standing Post Method


1. Preparation for Standing Post

Step apart with both feet: shoulder-width apart, soles firmly on the ground
Slightly bend the knees: open the hips with a rounded pelvis, knees not exceeding the toes
Hand movements: inhale and lift to shoulder height, exhale and embrace the chest, fingertips facing each other
Head posture: keep the spine straight, lift the top of the head lightly, raise the eyebrows, slightly tuck the chin, tongue against the palate, corners of the mouth slightly smile
Focused intention: concentrate on the dantian, breathe naturally, keep the mind calm

Effects: enhance immunity, cure diseases, regenerate physique, increase internal energy, maintain spiritual focus

4. Preparation for Ending: relax the whole body, relax joints, arms, and legs
Getting up: slowly stand up, open your eyes, let the arms fall naturally to the sides, inhale and lift to the top of the head, then exhale and press down to the dantian, then withdraw the left foot to finish
