China General Nuclear: CGN has not increased its holdings of the company's H-shares

Everyday AI Express, April 8th, China General Nuclear Power Corporation announced that the H-share increase plan implemented by its controlling shareholder, China General Nuclear Power Group, has expired between April 8, 2025, and April 8, 2026. Due to subscribing to the company’s issuance of the “Guanhe Convertible Bonds” worth 3 billion yuan, and considering factors such as its own financial situation and market fluctuations, China General Nuclear Power did not increase or decrease its H-share holdings during the plan period; the number of shares held before and after the increase remains at 29.74B shares, accounting for 58.89% of the company’s total share capital.
