Haixiang Pharmaceutical : La société associée Huayi Taikang voit sa demande d'introduction en bourse publique auprès d'investisseurs qualifiés non spécifiés et d'inscription à la Bourse de Beijing acceptée

Haixiang Pharmaceutical announces that the application of Hu Yi Taikang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., in which the company holds an equity stake, for a public offering of shares to qualified investors and listing on the Beijing Stock Exchange has been accepted by the Beijing Stock Exchange.
Hu Yi Taikang received the “Acceptance Notice” issued by the Beijing Stock Exchange on March 31, 2026.
As of the date of the announcement, Haixiang Pharmaceutical holds 1.112 million shares of Hu Yi Taikang, accounting for 1.85% of its total shares.
Hu Yi Taikang’s listing application still requires approval from the Beijing Stock Exchange and registration approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and the final outcome is uncertain.
