A popular cryptocurrency analyst has warned against Litecoin (LTC) while updating his outlook on Solana (SOL), a rival to Ethereum (ETH), the leading smart contract platform, and another bustling altcoin.

The analyst, known by the alias DonAlt, suggested on YouTube to his subscribers that altcoins are likely to underperform in the near term. However, he stated that there will be some exceptions, such as the altcoin Bitcoin Cash (BCH), which has managed to attract the attention of investors with its high performance in recent days.
