Going on a strict gut health/anti inflammatory diet, so no cryptosoupgroup posts from me for a bit. Basically what is in these two pics is all I'm eating for at least the next month.
Breakfast:
-Bone broth
-Cacao
Lunch:
-Salad with evoo, walnuts, beets, lemon, salt, pepper
Dinner:
-Grass fed beef/pastured chicken/wild salmon + broccoli/sweet potato/sauerkraut
Snack:
-Blueberries, cherries, walnuts, honey
