Today the Fed will implement its fifth "high-level interest rate cut": After the previous four times in history, the S&P 500 has seen an annual rise of nearly 20%.

On October 29, analyst Kobeissi released data indicating that today, the Fed will cut interest rates against the backdrop of the S&P 500 index reaching an all-time high, which has historically occurred for the fifth time. In the previous four similar instances, the S&P 500 index rose in all cases 12 months later, with an average increase of nearly 20% over 12 months.
