According to the proposal, the Sky Protocol will reduce the protocol revenue allocation for SKY buybacks from 300,000 USDS daily to 37,600 USDS. Additionally, the proposal includes several Atlas Edit updates: removing JAAA from the Sky direct risk exposure list; adding Afghanistan, Belarus, Myanmar, Russia, and Venezuela to the IP comprehensive ban list; updating the RRC dashboard reference links and removing related API references; correcting the Solana LayerZero multisig signers description; and updating parameters related to the Safe Harbor protocol.
