"I am pleased to report that the United States of America and Iran have had very good and productive negotiations over the past two days regarding the complete and unconditional cessation of our military operations in the Middle East. Based on the content and tone of these deep, detailed and constructive discussions, which will continue over the course of a week, I have instructed the Department of War to postpone any military strikes against Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure for a five-day period, contingent on the success of ongoing meetings and discussions."
