STABLECOINS | Regulated Nigerian Exchange, Quidax, Partners with Tether ($USDT) to Advance Education in Nigeria and Ghana
Quidax, a regulated Nigerian cryptocurrency exchange, has announced a strategic partnership with Tether, the largest company in the digital asset industry. This collaboration is set to drive blockchain education across Africa, equipping individuals and businesses with essential knowledge about Bitcoin and stablecoins, starting with Nigeria and Ghana.
Through this initiative, Quidax and Tether aim to empower over 15,000 people with the skills needed to navigate the digital asset ecosystem effectively. The partnership will feature:
all designed to foster a deeper understanding of digital assets.
“With the growing interest in digital assets across Africa, stablecoins like USDT provide a secure and efficient means for individuals to store value and conduct transactions,” said Buchi Okoro, CEO of Quidax.

As a dollar-pegged stablecoin, USDT plays a critical role in financial inclusion by offering stability amid currency volatility and facilitating seamless cross-border payments.
