Gold Finance reported that according to a report from the venture capital firm Electric Capital, Asia will account for 32% of the global cryptocurrency developer activity by 2024. The company recently released a comprehensive annual report analyzing over 900 million code commits in the encryption industry. This shift represents nearly triple the increase compared to Asia’s 12% share in 2015, while North America’s share dropped from 43% to 24% during the same period. New developers prefer Solana over Ethereum, and the best talents in the encryption field are migrating eastward at a pace that other regions find difficult to catch up with.
