Nero Chain is a modular Layer-1 blockchain featuring native account abstraction (AA) and flexible transaction fee mechanisms. Through built-in Paymaster contracts, it enables users to pay Gas fees with any ERC-20 token or allows DApps to fully sponsor transactions, lowering entry barriers for new users. Its architecture is divided into execution, settlement, and data availability layers: the execution layer processes transactions, the settlement layer handles verification and asset settlement, and the data availability layer ensures data accessibility via data sharding and sampling techniques. Nero Chain is EVM-compatible, allowing developers to deploy contracts in Solidity and build applications using its AA platform (API keys, quota management). Its design goal is to grant economic control to the application layer, enabling developers to customize participation rules, pricing logic, and incentive distribution, allowing value to circulate within the application ecosystem.
