According to a report by Golden Finance and disclosed by Cointelegraph, the European Central Bank has reached a framework protocol with seven technology partners regarding the components of the digital euro. The protocol covers fraud management, information security exchange, and storage management, with the digital euro expected to be officially launched in 2029.
