From the on-chain process based on the Steam Testnet, to the privacy and compliance upgrades of the Maglev Testnet, and then to the validators and AVS stake of the Mainnet at the end of the year, Rayls has steadily connected the three core elements of "compliance, privacy, and scalability" through a timeline. It is not a single point of innovation, but rather attempts to build a true financial bridge that can support the flow of global funds.

What’s even better is that they didn’t keep the narrative solely for the white paper, but let the community collaborate in writing it. The content co-creation for a prize pool of $500,000 transformed "how traditional finance goes on-chain" into a hot topic in social circles. Some used cross-border transfers as an example, while others approached it from the perspective of deposit interest rates; stories beyond the technology allowed more people to understand the two words "Compliance" for the first time.

Looking back, Rayls is actually paving a standardized track for institutional finance. If it can really be implemented, in the future, banks, brokerages, and even cross-border clearing may all move towards the on-chain world following this configuration list.
