LTH Aging Velocity (30-day) - the change in LTH supply share over 30 days. Essentially, this is the momentum of supply aging among experienced holders.
> 0: More LTH coins are maturing = accumulation
< 0: LTH share is decreasing = distribution
Zero crossings mark regime changes. The last time this occurred was July 16th $118K. Currently, the metric is below zero at -1.2%, the LTH share is decreasing, while the share of young STH supply is growing. As the price rises, LTH holders will continue selling coins to new players.
But it's important to note that the last LTH accumulation peak occurred at the $100K-108K level. Judging by history, another 2% of LTH could be distributed in the near term, which is approximately 300K BTC.
