Bitcoin's layer one ecosystem would benefit from having more sophisticated cross-chain interoperability solutions and enhanced infrastructure layers. The current landscape feels fragmented when you compare it to some alternative L1 networks that have invested heavily in developer-friendly tooling and seamless asset bridging mechanisms. There's untapped potential in bridging these gaps to unlock better composability and user experience across the Bitcoin ecosystem.

Honestly, the Bitcoin ecosystem is really lacking. There are a bunch of shitcoins doing cross-chain solutions, but where are the serious solutions?

Honestly, the BTC ecosystem is indeed a bit behind; those alt L1s have long mastered the toolchains.

Bitcoin's infrastructure is really weak, far behind other chains. When will it catch up?

The Bitcoin ecosystem is indeed hitting a bottleneck. Cross-chain technology is still too fragmented. Others have already laid out the L1 infrastructure, and we're still exploring.

BTC ecosystem is indeed a bit underwhelming, with a clear gap compared to other L1s... But isn't that just BTC's characteristic? Preferably slow but stable.

To be honest, BTC's infrastructure is indeed a bit outdated, and the gap compared to other L1s is quite noticeable.
