There are obvious differences in the distribution of influence within the crypto community. The English-speaking crypto Twitter is populated with voices from institutional players, representing capital and professional perspectives. In contrast, the Chinese crypto community's opinion leader ecosystem is mainly supported by self-media, lacking voices with institutional backgrounds and access to primary market information.

If this pattern persists long-term, problems will gradually emerge—topics in the Chinese community tend to fall into cycles, and the quality of discussions inevitably declines.

To change this situation, more voices from people with VC backgrounds who are directly involved in financing and ecosystem investments are needed. Those who frequently interact with investment institutions from both the East and West can feel this: the perspectives of professional institutions can significantly enhance the depth of community discussions. For the Chinese crypto community to continue progressing, this diversification of voices is essential.

You're right, the Chinese community has indeed been played out by self-media, talking about coin prices all day long, nobody discusses fundamentals. Institutional voices are too few, and information about the primary market is completely hidden, retail investors can only guess blindly. Want to hear some valuable insights? You have to go over the wall to see English tweets, it's really frustrating. Venture capitalists should come out and speak, instead of just harvesting in the shadows. If this continues, the Chinese community will completely turn into an emotional arena. Why can the English-speaking area attract institutions, but the Chinese area is so miserable... It's a bit powerless. It seems I need to learn to identify information sources myself and not be led by the rhythm. The Chinese community needs more professional voices to break the deadlock, I agree with this view. The entire circle lacks in-depth dialogue; it's all superficial articles.

Basically, the Chinese community has been ruined by self-media, copying and pasting the same content every day. Isn't this just information asymmetry? Whoever controls the primary market has the right to speak, it's very normal.

The Chinese community indeed lacks VC voices, but don't blame the media entirely; some viewpoints are quite clear-headed.

Honestly, the Chinese community is like this now, constantly炒ing the same few topics every day, and it's getting on my nerves. Venture capitalists, can't you just speak up? Don't always hide in the primary market. Media outlets each say their own thing, no one dares to really get serious and pound the table.
