Vanguard (GBCI) disaggregates holdings; reports 0 shares after realignment
The Vanguard Group has filed an amended Schedule 13G stating that it now beneficially owns 0 shares of Glacier Bancorp Inc. common stock. This change is due to an internal realignment effective January 12, 2026, which disaggregated certain subsidiaries’ holdings from The Vanguard Group. These subsidiaries will now report their beneficial ownership separately, as per an SEC release.
