The Iranian parliament member states plans to charge tolls for the Strait of Hormuz.
Iran’s social media account of the “Tehran Times” reported on March 19 that, according to Iranian lawmakers, the Iranian parliament is advancing a bill under which, if the Strait of Hormuz is used as a safe passage for the transport of shipping, energy, and grain, the relevant countries are obligated to pay Iran transit fees and taxes.(Global Times)
