Last night, I was reviewing my trading records until my eyes hurt, and I suddenly realized: the most stressful thing at the end of the year isn't the drawdowns, but the memory gaps like "which platform did I buy this on." So now I set aside half an hour each week to complete three tasks: screenshots of exchange/on-chain transfer transactions, address notes (clearly stating "who/what for"), and a table where I copy the time/amount/fees of each transaction. Basically, it's to make my future self less angry at my current self.
Recently, everyone has been talking about staking unlocks, token unlock calendars, and that kind of selling pressure anxiety. I also add a column in my table labeled "Related to Unlock," so that later, when there are a bunch of deposits and withdrawals mixed together, I can explain it clearly. Anyway, I don't aim for perfect memory, but at least I want to keep evidence. That's all for now.
