A thousand dollars, can it turn into one hundred thousand in the crypto world?
It sounds ridiculous,
But this kind of thing has really happened.
Long ago, I had a small shop owner downstairs,
Many years ago, he was pulled into buying a wave of coins by a friend.
Both of them invested a few thousand dollars each,
At the time, neither took it too seriously.
Later, the market suddenly surged,
His friend made over a hundred thousand and decisively sold.
He kept urging him:
“It's about time, take the profit.”
But the owner thought it could still go up,
So he never moved.
And what happened?
The market quickly reversed,
Falling all the way back, leaving his account with only a few hundred dollars.
He was so angry he deleted the app,
And never looked at it again.
If the story stopped here,
It’s actually no different from most people.
But a few years later, the market started again.
He impulsively re-downloaded the app—
When he opened it,
That “forgotten position” from back then,
Had already turned into hundreds of thousands.
Even he couldn’t believe it himself.
So, can a thousand turn into a hundred thousand?
No one can guarantee.
But in the crypto world, there are indeed three things you can’t do without:
Choice, patience, and a bit of luck.
Many people fail not because of buying,
But because of—holding on.
They sell at the first sign of a rise,
Get nervous at the first dip,
Toss back and forth,
And finally miss the opportunity altogether.
But you also need to understand:
Blindly holding on isn’t persistence,
It’s gambling.
The real difficulty is never “to buy or not to buy,”
But:
When to take profits, and when to walk away.
The crypto world is never short of miracles,
But most people,
Don’t lose at the starting line,
They lose in the process.
