On November 11th, Jinshi Data reported that according to multiple media reports in Iran, in the afternoon of the 11th local time, Russia's Mir Bank payment system will be officially connected to Iran's Shatab Bank payment system. Through this move, Iranian bank cards can be used on ATM machines in Russia, and users can receive funds in rubles from Russian ATM machines. The report stated that in the second phase of the project, Russian citizens living in Iran can also use their bank cards in the same way.
