Notes:

1. Once the minting entry is closed, users will no longer be able to stake USDT to mint the pre-market token (PreToken) or cancel the staking.
2. After the pre-market spot market is suspended, the system will take a snapshot of each user's BLUM PreToken holdings and clear the balance.
3. Users who participated in minting must ensure sufficient BLUM in their account during the delivery period. During this time, the system will deduct the corresponding project tokens from the account and return the staked amount to your account.
4. After the delivery ends, the system will settle for users who held PreToken at the time of the snapshot (settlement is expected to be completed within 1 hour, and actual completion time may vary). Once settlement is complete, you will receive the real BLUM from delivery as well as the staked USDT from minting participants who failed to complete delivery on time.
