To keep every trade fair, transparent, and secure, all merchants must strictly follow Gate P2P's trading rules.

The following actions are not allowed:

• Request users to pay more than the order amount
• Request users to accept less than the agreed amount
• Change the transaction value after an order is created
• Route payments through third-party processor channels
• Request or direct users to communicate or make deals outside of the Gate P2P platform

Enforcement:

• First violation — official warning and P2P trading suspended for 3–7 days
• Repeat violation — permanent removal of P2P Merchant status and permanent P2P trading restriction

These actions damage user trust and platform integrity, Gate will act by zero-tolerance principlease to ensure the safety trading envioronment.
