On the app - Home - tap the avatar icon in the upper left corner - a pop-up page will appear, click the upper right corner 🎧 - "Can't find the answer, click here" - enter "manual" in the input field below - choose "Transfer to manual" in the reply message and select the relevant issue; On the web version - Home - bottom right corner 🎧 - "Can't find the answer, click here" - enter "manual" in the input field below - choose "Transfer to manual" in the reply message and select the relevant issue.

Hello, the contract only supports transferring USDT or BTC, and I see that your transferable amount is 0.
