You can contact our online customer service (app - home - top left corner avatar - click the top right corner 🎧 - contact customer service - "Can't find the answer? Click here" - enter 'manual' in the input field at the bottom - select 'transfer to manual' in the reply message and choose the relevant issue) and provide relevant screenshots of the problem to help us verify and resolve it.
