On November 28, according to Cointelegraph, two members of the Balancer protocol community submitted a proposal on Thursday outlining a plan for the distribution of a portion of the funds recovered from the $116 million attack that occurred in November. In this $116 million theft, approximately $28 million has been recovered by white hat hackers, internal rescuers, and the Ethereum liquidity staking platform StakeWise. However, the proposal only involves the $8 million recovered by white hat hackers and the internal rescue team, while the nearly $20 million recovered by StakeWise will be distributed separately to its users.
