Hello, if you are unable to install during setup, please try the following steps to install the APP - Disable Enhanced Protection feature through phone settings 1. Open your phone's "Settings" 2. Go to "System and Updates" → "Pure Mode" 3. Turn off the "Enhanced Protection" feature - Disable External App Security Check through phone settings 1. Open your phone's system "Settings" — "Security" — "More Security Settings". 2. Turn off the switch for "External Source App Check" / In "Install External Source Apps" select the browser you used to download the App, click to enter and enable [Allow]. - If you still cannot install, please turn on Airplane Mode and turn off all networks (data and wireless) before proceeding.
