#美联储恢复降息进程 People often ask how to turn small funds around?

The most ruthless case I've seen: starting with 2000U, rolled to 62,000U in three months.

Relying on luck? No.

The core principle is simple - first calculate "how much can be lost", then calculate "how much can be earned."

Retail investors often don't even know how they went bankrupt. Risk control is the real lifeline.

I have summarized several practical strategies for you to take and use directly:

**Short-term Contracts: Be Ruthless with Stop Losses**

Open 5x leverage, target set at 6~8%, stop loss fixed at 3%.

With small funds, playing with high leverage means that missing even one point can lead to losses.

For intraday trading with ETH, using a capital of 10,000 USDT, cut losses immediately at 3% loss, and take profit as soon as you gain 6-8%. It may not seem significant, but you can net 5,000 USDT in two weeks.

Little by little can add up to a lot; don't think about going all in for a big win.

**Spot Trading: Leave Room for Trends**

If you want to eat 40% of the main uptrend, don't let a 5% fluctuation wash you out.

The stop-loss line is placed at the previous low point or at key support levels like the 4-hour MA60.

Take profit in two steps:
• Cash out half of the profits when it rises to 35%
• Set a trailing stop loss, and liquidate everything if there is an 8% drawdown.

Being able to cash out at a high point has already put you ahead of the vast majority.

**Position Management: Determine Life and Death**

Light position, stop loss 8% you can bear it;
Heavy positions can cause your mentality to collapse even with a 2% stop loss.

Remember: not setting a stop loss when heavily invested is like removing the brake pads on a highway.

**Underlying Logic**

Stop-loss is a protective charm, while take-profit is a red envelope given by the market.

Treat each order as if it's the "last order of this life" when designing it:

→ First think about how to save your life, where the loss limit is.
→ Consider the profit margin again, how to hold on to the profits

Opportunities are everywhere every day, but once your principal goes to zero, even if the bull market goes crazy, it has nothing to do with you.

Really, I used to not pay much attention to stop loss until I experienced a blow up once and realized that some lessons are learned through financial loss.

To be honest, I've long accepted my losses on the stop loss part; it's better to be more open-minded.

You're not wrong, stop loss is everything. That day I almost had a Heavy Position without setting a stop loss, I really almost faced social death.

62,000 USDT sounds great, but how many can actually survive until that day...

It's the same old story of stop loss and take profit. It sounds nice, but how many actually execute it? I see that most people are still plagued by greed.
