#美SEC推动加密创新监管 Big moves on the first day of December?

Isn't the SEC's current approach to cryptocurrency regulation a bit too aggressive?

ngl, sec's been real quiet about specifics tho... like per my analysis, they're just taxonomically reshuffling the same old framework. data suggests otherwise from what the headlines claim, but let me pull up my spreadsheet before i actually commit to this take fr

As someone who has been liquidated again, let me be honest: the SEC's move looks fierce but it might not necessarily be a bad thing. The barbaric growth in the past two years has actually made us retail investors frequent visitors to the sucker's field, with liquidation prices being almost non-existent. If this time they can really standardize the borrowing and collateral rates, I would rather have more regulation than to be directly liquidated due to opaque risk control points. --- With regulation coming, I actually feel a bit more at ease? To put it bluntly, I just want clear rules, not that kind of opaque liquidation. I've been rekt too many times, and now what I'm most afraid of is not the Bear Market, but not knowing when I will be liquidated. --- It's hard to buy hindsight, man. The SEC's action is actually putting the brakes on enthusiasts like us who go all in. It's annoying, but if it can really drop the borrowing rate risk, I would wholeheartedly support it. --- Starting such big moves in December, it seems like there's going to be some turbulence before the end of the year. Before Margin Replenishment, it's more practical to clearly understand your liquidation price. --- What I fear is not regulation itself, but lack of transparency in regulation. If they can really clarify the rules this time, that would be great. Just don’t come up with some ambiguous plan that makes us continue to step on landmines.

On the first day of December, this move is bold by the SEC, do they want to tighten regulations again or are they looking to loosen them?

Haha, is the SEC causing trouble again? To be honest, it's a bit unexpected.
