When dating a woman, one will more or less experience whether or not they are being manipulated.

"12 Iron Rules for Men Who Are PUA'd"

1. She always praises you once first, then belittles you three times.
Makes you feel like "I'm not good enough, I need to work harder."

2. Her emotions are always your responsibility
She is angry = You are wrong
She is sad = you caused it
Her breakdown = You didn't comfort her well.
You became her "emotional trash can."

3. She doesn't love you, but she is consuming you madly.
You give, you pick up, you accompany, you spend money, you make an effort, she doesn't have to do anything.

4. She makes no promises, yet enjoys all the benefits.
No defined relationship, no talk of the future, and I won't let you go.

5. No matter how much you do, she says, "Isn't this what a boyfriend should do?"
Your efforts are seen as "deserved," and your feelings are "not important."

6. She pressures you by saying "Others are better than you."
The most classic value depreciation:
There are a lot of people chasing me.
"Others know how to coax girls better than you."
Makes you always feel that you are a bit lacking.

7. She alternates between being cold and hot, and you're completely captivated.
Sometimes cold, sometimes hot; sometimes close, sometimes distant —
This is the top-level mental manipulation.

8. She uses guilt to control you
"Not accompanying me means not loving me."
"I am very disappointed with you."
You are paralyzed by her emotions.

9. She makes you doubt yourself, not doubt her.
You keep asking repeatedly:
"Is it that I did something wrong?"
"Am I not good enough for her?"
This is a signal of weakened self-esteem.

10. She never reflects, you are always apologizing.
Even if she is completely wrong, in the end, you will still feel like you didn't take good care of her.

11. You are becoming increasingly unable to say 'no'.
You are afraid she will leave, afraid she will get angry, afraid of her cold violence.
You are starting to lose boundaries.

12. Ultimately, you become a sentence:
"As long as she is not angry, I consider it a win."
This is the final form of being PUAed:
You are no longer like yourself.

The final result is
She doesn't love you, yet she keeps taking value from you.
The harder you work, the more she despises you.
This is the entire logic of how men are PUA'd.
