The project team behind the photoshopped donation finally made up for it in the end.

After scrolling through the comments section, I noticed that most people are still thinking clearly and haven't been misled. I heard from a certain source that there might have been pressure from the cross-border side. Otherwise, knowing these people's usual behavior, they probably would have just pretended nothing happened and carried on as usual. Didn't they start running ads right away that day? That attitude clearly shows they don't care about others at all.

So when I said what I did before, I really meant it—some things you truly have to weigh for yourself.

But this whole situation actually brought out a bunch of veterans who had already made enough and were planning to retire. Over the past few days, a lot of people have messaged me privately asking for my thoughts on this. Looks like everyone's been paying attention.

Damn, there are still people who dare to push their luck. Luckily, enough pressure was applied to force a fix. When they get caught, they just play dumb. I've seen this trick way too many times. That's why you have to keep your eyes open and not believe everything. It must have been the public outcry that forced them to compromise. Otherwise, with their usual attitude, they would have just pretended nothing happened. The old guys really survived this time, haha, they love watching the drama. They really deserve to be called out—once the heat dies down, they'll try their tricks again. At least this time people finally saw the true colors of these project teams. Thank goodness not more people got burned—thinking about it is a bit scary.

Ha, finally caught up, let's just consider this matter over. It's not that there's no pressure, it's just that they won't back down otherwise. These project teams totally buy into this. Honestly, it still takes public opinion to ferment before anything happens—their sense of responsibility is zero. To be honest, the hype around this incident exceeded expectations a bit, even drew out a lot of old players who had been keeping a low profile. That's just how it is. We'll have to do it this way again next time to really teach them a lesson. Doesn't this just prove one thing? Never trust project teams too much. Haha, seeing a lot of people in the comments waking up—finally some clear-headed voices.

Ha, only willing to make it right under pressure, huh? Without public outcry, they probably would’ve just swept it under the rug. Honestly, we’ve seen this tactic so many times—only admitting fault when things get out of hand. What’s funny is that some people actually believed what they said at first. Wake up, everyone. The internet has a long memory, don’t think a simple apology will make it all go away. Everyone who’s reached out to me is asking the same thing: how do you tell who’s genuine and who’s just putting on a show? So what does this teach us? That you always need to be on guard. Can throwing money at the problem clear their name? They should fix their reputation first.

What’s the point of covering up? They’re only doing it because they’re forced to. Without public pressure, they would’ve played dead long ago. These kinds of project teams really need to be regulated.

Finally made up for it, but without some pressure it really wouldn’t have happened. That’s just the norm in the crypto space. --- Only willing to make changes under pressure again, their integrity is really shattered. --- Ha, even the conscience of the old retail investors has been stirred up. That’s just how the investment world is. --- I’ve seen through it long ago. Without a wave of public opinion, could they really take you down? Yeah right. --- Who’s pulling strings behind the scenes this time? Feels like things are really complicated. --- Unbelievable, only when everything is about to explode do they remember to act like decent people. When did this become the standard? --- I don’t know if a lot of people are DMing to ask, but I’ve learned to be more cautious. --- So only foreign pressure works, and domestic voices are just ignored?
