Heard someone big from Liquid Glass just jumped ship to Meta as head of HR. Honestly curious — did Meta just realize they needed serious help rolling out that wild new design direction? Timing feels sus. Wonder if this signals a major pivot in their Web3 strategy or just another talent grab.

Yeah, the timing is definitely weird, but I think it's just straightforward poaching... There has indeed been a lot of activity from HR at Meta over the past couple of years.

ngl this timing is indeed a bit strange... Is Meta really that short on HR or are they trying to get rid of the Web3 burden?

Damn, someone from Liquid Glass went to Meta to be an HR? This pace is insane, it’s definitely another case of big companies poaching and internal competition.

Big companies poaching talent has never been anything new, but the timing this time is definitely interesting...
