Hello, you can contact our online customer service (App: Home page - top left avatar - pop-up page, click the top right 🎧 - Contact Customer Service - "Can't find the answer, click here" - enter "human" in the input box below - select "transfer to human" after receiving the reply and choose the relevant issue). Please provide the relevant restriction screenshot so we can further verify and assist you.
