The Federal Reserve just finished its meeting, and the market is feeling quite conflicted. We initially thought the price would "push higher then fall back," but now it seems that the decline might not be so smooth—because every time it drops, someone is stepping in to buy, plus last week many Americans suddenly applied for unemployment benefits, which weakened the dollar and helped lift the crypto prices.

However, from a technical perspective, the upward momentum is waning: in the short term (hourly chart), the MACD red bars are getting shorter, and the two lines are close to a death cross, indicating that the buying strength is diminishing. But on the daily chart, the MACD is still above the zero line, so the overall trend hasn't fully turned bearish. The RSI has also pulled back from high levels, now hovering around 57, showing that market sentiment is cooling off, leaning towards neutrality or even slight bearishness.

So right now, it feels like "it can't really move up, and falling isn't smooth either," with both bulls and bears testing the waters. In terms of trading, avoid chasing highs, wait until the direction becomes clearer before acting.
