Always losing on contracts? Many blame their techniques, but actually it's the mindset that collapses first.

I used to be like that—after stopping out, I’d immediately want to make it back, panic when making a profit, and stubbornly hold onto losses. Staring at the charts all day, trading frequently, and the more I did, the more I lost. I’ve chased the fluctuations of coins like $XRP and $BTC many times, but what was the result? My account was a mess.

Later, I realized that the core problem wasn’t the methodology, but poor execution.

The turning point came very suddenly. I started to ruthlessly change a few habits, and only then did my account gradually stabilize:

Never hold a position without clear signals. This is the hardest, because FOMO will gnaw at your mind. But you have to believe that market opportunities are always there.

Before entering a trade, write down your plan—set profit-taking and stop-loss levels in advance, leaving no room for adjustments.

Cancel pending orders if you change your mind; don’t cling to the market. The more you look at it, the more anxious you get, and eventually, emotions will control you.

Check your account only once a day. Follow your plan and don’t change it on the spot.

After slowing down the pace, I started making money. Sometimes the market only fluctuates 2% overnight, but I know every trade is within my plan. That feeling is completely different from the previous anxiety of chasing highs and selling lows.

You can’t change your capital, but your decision-making can improve. Don’t need to catch every wave; just open a position when you have a solid reason. True stable profits start the moment you let go of your emotions.

To be honest, this is my blood, sweat, and tears... Just watching the market can give me a heart attack.

Really, the moment you instantly want to recover after stopping loss, you've already lost. Once your mindset collapses, are profits still far away?

That's right, I only check my account once a day now, otherwise I really can't stay idle. Monitoring the market every day like before, I lost money even faster.

That hurts so much. I'm the kind of person who wants to short after stopping loss, but I'm always overwhelmed by my own emotions.

Alright, this is my daily routine. I used to think that stop-loss was the way to recover losses, but I don't play that game anymore.

Ah, you're so right. I used to check my account five times a day, itching to place an order whenever I saw the candlesticks. But in the end, my wallet just got thinner.
