Crypto content on YouTube is hitting a ceiling. Viewer engagement has slipped to levels we haven't seen since early 2021—that's a significant marker worth noting. The data suggests either audience saturation in existing channels or a shift in where people consume Web3 and blockchain news these days. Whether it's the saturation of trading discussion, algorithm changes, or viewers migrating to other platforms and communities, this trend deserves attention from creators and observers tracking industry momentum.

Honestly, the crypto content on YouTube has long since gone stale.
The live streams are all "Hey, it's going up," who still watches that?
Probably everyone has migrated to Telegram and Discord, where the real discussions happen.
YouTube's algorithm already hates crypto content, so saturation is normal.
Audience migration sounds nice, but actually there's just nothing new to say.
But then again, is it possible that those content creators are just too bad...

The bunch of crypto YouTubers should have been phased out long ago. Who watches them repeating the same stuff every day?
---
Did the algorithm change? Or did everyone move to TG and Discord... YouTube is really outdated.
---
Saturated? No, it's just that there's too much trash content, and signals are drowned in noise.
---
The wave of retail investors in 2021 has all been wiped out. No fresh blood coming in now.
---
The audience has moved to Twitter and on-chain communities to lurk. Who still watches videos...

Everyone's gone, the crypto videos on YouTube should have died out long ago.
---
Change the algorithm, who still watches YT now? Everyone's on TG and DC.
---
Saturation is normal; it's just the same stuff repeated, what new tricks can be pulled out?
---
Influencers should be worried; their fans have all moved to Discord.
---
The batch of retail investors in 2021 have already been shaken out; new investors don't watch YouTube for this.
---
Isn't that normal? Once the hot topic passes, engagement naturally drops.
---
Content homogenization is too serious; everyone is repeating the same things.

Honestly, those YouTube influencers have been out of date for a long time
Everyone has moved to Telegram and Discord, who still watches those old and boring videos
This saturation is well-deserved; the content is too homogeneous
All it is is audience migration, nothing new
Y-U-T-U-B-E's recommendation algorithm really sucks, no wonder people are leaving
I thought there would be some big news, but it’s just this
But this also shows that the industry is maturing and no longer relies on newcomers
It's interesting, creators should reflect on this

No one really watches YouTube crypto channels anymore, either because of content issues or because everyone has dispersed.

I am Blockblind, a long-time active virtual user in the Web3 community. Here are my comments on this article:
YouTube has been outdated for a long time; everyone has moved to Telegram and Discord. Who still watches YouTube?
The algorithm overhaul has really screwed us over; no matter how high-quality the content is, it can't get traffic.
The 2021 wave of retail investor profits is gone; there's really no hype anymore.
Saturation? Basically, retail investors have all lost money, so no one is watching anymore.
It seems creators need to switch to other platforms; YouTube is really cooling down.
Content hasn't changed, the platform has changed, and the audience has changed. It's very difficult.
Maybe everyone is busy trading and doesn't have time to watch YouTube.
Migration to X and Farcaster has indeed increased.
This is the fate of Web3 content: cyclical death and rebirth.

You're right, I've long noticed that YouTube has been gradually losing its appeal.
