#MSCI未来或纳入数字资产财库企业 What is the biggest opponent in trading? It's not market fluctuations, but your own emotions.

I've seen too many people fall here—recklessly adding to their position when losing, and impatiently taking profits when winning. I used to be like that too, until one day I realized: the human brain is simply not built for trading.

So what should you do?

The answer is simple—let rules make all your decisions for you.

**My three unshakable trading principles:**

**① Stop-loss always at 2%**
Close the position when reached, no negotiations. Think about it—would you prefer a small 2% loss or a total wipeout? A small stop-loss is your ticket to staying in this market.

**② Take profit at 4%, then cut in half**
Cash out half of your position immediately, and keep the other half to continue trading. This way, you won't regret missing out on gains, nor will greed cause a crash.

**③ Absolutely no adding to losing positions**
Lowering your average price sounds tempting, but how many disasters start with "just a little more"? This kind of self-deception is deadly.

In reality, 90% of beginner traders break at least one of these rules within the first two weeks. So I recommend—print out these three rules, stick them somewhere visible, and read them before every trade.

**The real secret to making money isn't about predicting the market perfectly, but about letting rules help you absorb emotional fluctuations.**

I grew from 1200 USDT to 38,000 USDT. Does that look like a genius move? No, it's the result of steady, layered accumulation. Small funds are actually more afraid of retracement because they can't handle the turbulence.

So my only standard is:

Every trade must have a risk/reward ratio of ≥1:3, or I won't take it. Also, lock in profits in stages at key levels like 10,000, 20,000, 30,000 USDT, turning trading into a truly rewarded activity.

This game boils down to four words: control risk. Filter emotions. Lock in profits. Only players who survive have the right to talk about the endgame.

If you're still losing sleep over a few hundred USDT's rise or fall, what you really need to learn isn't how to get rich quickly, but—how to stay steady and alive. $BTC $ETH

That's right, emotions are the biggest enemy. I suffered heavy losses before because of this.

Well said. Controlling emotions is really the Achilles' heel for most people. I only understood after being cut.

That's so true. I'm just worried that some people won't listen and will only realize after losing a few ten-thousand yuan.

That's right, stop-loss is the true moat, and many people die because of overconfidence.

It sounds nice, but those who can truly stick to these three principles probably don't even have 5%, do they?

Honestly, discipline is easier to talk about than to practice. I’ve only come to understand it after being dragged down by my emotions.

According to on-chain data, this guy's growth curve from 1,200 to 38,000 is too perfect, which is a bit suspicious... How stable can such exponential growth be? How lucky must one be?

Sounds good, but I still think most people can't actually follow through, including myself, who sometimes breaks the rules.
