Here's a pattern I've been thinking through: for decades, the tech sector has occupied the cultural apex while creative professions—arts, media, design—got relegated to a lower tier. That hierarchy's about to flip.

When AI infrastructure matures, it's gonna wipe out countless entry-level white-collar roles. Administrative tasks, junior analysis work, routine content production—a lot of that disappears. But here's the thing: people aren't wired to just vanish from the economy. There's a deep human hunger for meaning, ownership, and the ability to monetize creativity directly.

That's where things get interesting. As traditional career ladders compress, more people gravitate toward creative work and digital ownership. And that's precisely where Web3 and crypto ecosystems create new possibilities—direct-to-audience monetization, tokenized digital assets, community-owned platforms.

The narrative flips from "tech jobs are prestigious" to "creative sovereignty is the opportunity." The infrastructure's shifting. The incentives are aligning. It might just be one of the biggest long-term trades playing out quietly right now.
