MetaMask's mobile app and browser extension now fully support the Tron network. This is the first major implementation since the partnership was announced in August last year. To be honest, MetaMask's move is quite smart—they already support non-EVM public chains like Solana and Bitcoin, and now adding Tron allows users to navigate multiple ecosystems within a single wallet. Tron’s trading volume and user base are significant, so this integration is beneficial for both sides. Multi-chain support in wallets is becoming increasingly standard.

ngl, metamask finally getting their act together on tron integration... though calling this "first major milestone" is kinda generous lol. they've been dragging their feet since august, honestly. but yeah, the chain-agnostic wallet thesis is basically inevitable at this point—network effects demand it.
