Man, just paid nearly $20 in fees for a $1 $BTC transaction. This is absolutely wild. Makes you wonder how smaller transactions can even make sense on-chain when the fee structure looks like this. The economics just don't add up for micro transactions.

A $20 fee for exchanging $1 worth of Bitcoin, this mechanism design is fundamentally flawed. Historically, Ethereum also faced a similar dilemma in 2016, which couldn't be solved at all.
