Publish the codebase openly, algorithms and all. Safeguard user privacy at every layer. Be explicit about how the protocol generates value, distributes it, and keeps everyone aligned. When everything operates in the light, builders and users both thrive—there's no tension between transparency and incentives when the model is designed right from the start.
