Market sentiment just hit a turning point. The latest sentiment survey reveals bulls outnumber bears at a 1.76-to-1 ratio—the strongest since late 2024. When you dig into the numbers, nearly half of respondents (49.5%) expect prices to climb over the next six months. This kind of optimism doesn't show up every day. Whether it signals a genuine shift or just temporary enthusiasm remains to be seen, but the data speaks for itself: investors are positioning themselves for upside.

A ratio of 1.76? What's wrong with this data, and now you're trying to trick me into entering the market?

1.76:1 ratio? Feels like it's time for the buyers to show muscle again. 49.5% optimistic about a rise within half a year? I bet five dollars that it will reverse in three months. History always repeats itself, is this time really different? Haha. The bull-bear ratio being the strongest doesn't mean my account is the strongest. That hurts. The data looks good, but the key is still how it will develop next. This wave of high enthusiasm, I feel a bit hollow about it. Once again "positioning for upside," as long as it can be positioned into the wallet, that's enough.

1.76x? Sounds really impressive, but the biggest risk with this kind of data is a reverse slaughter. 49.5% bullish, what about the other half? I'm more interested in what the bears think. The six-month growth expectation is high, but whether this wave can run out still depends on the subsequent news. When sentiment is high, it's often the most dangerous time; be careful of those trying to top out. This is only moderate optimism; a true bull market should have over 90% of people going crazy. To be honest, good-looking data doesn't necessarily mean the trend will follow; it still depends on trading volume.

A ratio of 1.76 sounds good, but I'm still on the sidelines. Is the claim that it's at the end of 2024 true? The data seems a bit questionable. Again 49.5%... Can we trust these surveys, friends? Bull market signal? I think I'll wait and see; it's easy to get caught. A six-month cycle, and there have been quite a few crashes in history.
